MULTIPLE ACCENTS TO COMPLIMENT A CONSOLE

Goal

Change the look of a console by adding decorative graphic accents.

Challenge

Develop a cost-effective way to add color and texture to a console. In addition, each part needed to perfectly fit with the console and the other parts that were already there. Each accent needed to look as if it was part of the console and not an “add-on”.

Solution

The solution developed served various purposes. BCH decided to use textured aluminum because it gave a rich and distinctive look to the console. To keep costs down and make sure that parts would look as they were part of the console itself, we decided to use thin aluminum. Our design was not only inexpensive, it also created seamless borders. By combining different processes and using our ability to develop custom solutions, our team was able to develop decorative accents that blended in perfectly with the console.
