    HOW IS IT DONE?

    The first and most important aspect of this process is the mold. The mold must be machined perfectly in order to achieve the required level of detail and precision that give the badge such a great look. Once that part is completed, we laminate every layers of the material: we then form, weld and cut all in one operation, which involves pressure and heat.
